I stop at this McDonalds twice a week for breakfast. Typically drive through, occasionally order-in. Every time I go here, the... staff is overly pleasant. It's McDonalds food so I know what I'm getting when I go, which means how I'm treated matters. Alsomy son trained at this location and worked for another and comparing the two, this location has exceptional service. I don'ttypically wait either... but it's fast food so if you go at lunchtime... it might be busy - don't complain. Read more
Went to McDonalds today around 12:15. There were a lot of people in line. The staff did an amazing job moving the line so fast.... I ordered the Big Mac and it was amazing. GREAT customer service on such a busy day. Thank you Read more
Just your typical McDonald's. The building is fairly new. They could benefit more with more employees. With that said wait times... are fairly long. Even walking in to order I still can't get out of this place in 10 mins or less. Read more
I have been throughly disappointed with this McDonald?s location one too many times that it?s time to leave a review. The food... has consistently been cold, stale, or just gross. The customer service is good but the quality of food at this location keepsmissing the mark . Please management or someone do something about it because it?s a shame . If I could give Zero stars I would.. fries were definitely old and about rock hard with no flavor. One burger was completely... burnt pitch black on one side that they tried to hide by melting the cheese against it. Another burger was more on the wrapperthan in the bread. Missing items/didn?t receive the full order. I understand this is a fast food chain and it?s not the highestquality food or freshest but anything that could have been wrong with this order definitely appeared to be just that. Read more
It looked clean enough, but they already had chairs up on most of the tables, it was 9 pm and they were open until 11 pm. We... ordered to dine in, but ended up taking our food back to our hotel room because there was no place to sit without moving chairs.The food tasted fine although the fries were not fresh. Read more
Slow!!! And, of course, the ice cream or shake machine is broken. This should be McDonalds new slogan. Now serving....no ice... cream. The McDonalds ice cream machine repairman should go learn from the Maytag repairman. Lol. This franchise will bebankrupt in 10 years or less, given the poor management, poor service and ridiculous lines. And the food is not good or goodfor you. Food was just okay, especially for the price. I don't eat McD's much anymore and dang they've gotten expensive for fast food.... Probably won't be doing McDonald's much anymore. Clean and good service, but the food/price ratio just isn't there for meanymore. I can get more for less many other places. Read more
