I'm giving 3 stars because the food itself is great. It's just the waiting time is ridiculously long. I get a 30 minute lunch... break and I will place my order online first and still be almost late coming back because they take so long. I do understandbeing short staffed, trust me when I say I DO get that but hire new people on or something. Read more
I?ve yet to go to this Sonic that something isn?t wrong? I contribute part of that to their speaker system, as it seems the... workers have trouble hearing many orders (we?ve tried different stalls and I hear other customers struggling to convey theirorders as well). It?s frustrating to have to multiple orders to get what you originally ordered the first time? Read more
I love my Sonic. The employees know me bcz I'm there daily. However it takes a very long time to get your order. I use my app.... Wait 30 minutes before going & after I check in I still have to wait 15-20 minutes. That's the only con about Sonic. Read more
It's funny. I read these reviews and see the "owner" or manager respond but there's literally no change. If you're going to... reply as if you're genuinely concerned, follow through and make the change. *** returned 3 months later to find it has gottenworse. No bacon on the BACON cheeseburger which is probably a good thing given how old the beef was. Strawberry limeade wasdisgusting. Fries were old. Literally nothing redeemable. Move from 3 stars down to 1. Hope it gets better since it's 1 of thefew restaurants in town. Read more
