Almost every time I come here, I'm disappointed. For almost two weeks, the intercom has been broken. I did the drive through at... 8pm for 3 tacos. It took half an hour just to get to the window. I ordered my tacos and paid. I swear I gave $6, the total was$5.06. I didn't get change or was told I under paid. Server just said, "oh, you only gave me $5, I covered the 6 cents." I gethome and open the package, these greasy little wrappers had the tiny little taco's with a tablespoon of meat and willy nillylettuce and cheese. I think the owner just doesn't care, because the brand pays for itself. You want to bring back a retiredmenu item? How about the TACO! Read more
Very disappointed because I got 3 quesadillas and none of them were cut, there was no sauce in them either. This is the 3rd time... I?ve been there and I?ve always had something to complain about. Now I?m finally making a review. I gave it another chance but Iwas stuck in the drive thru line for at least 20 mins . And I?m very disappointed. Read more
Cadillac taco bell has great food and great service.And....they know how to properly fold a burrito so it doesnt end up leaking... grease down your shirt. Read more
Being completely honest, I have had nothing but consecutively slow service. I order 2 small items each time and it never fails... to take them 5-10 minutes to make (I'm usually the only one in drive thru). The ladies that take my order never say, "thank you,have a nice day" instead a very quick, "here you go". One can look over bad customer service with great tasting food but my foodis either terribly portioned or just warm. The staff is a bunch of stoners as well as I've seen twice now 2 guys go out by thedumpsters and hide in the corner smoking pot. I know it was pot by the smell. Now I dont care if they smoke as long as my foodand service is great but that is not what is happening. Read more

I have never seen a restaurant ran so horrible like this one. I wouldn?t give it a one star if I had a choice. Lilly was amazing... and deserves the management position that blonde has. Who by the way, knows absolutely nothing about customer service orcooking. Read more

I love the food. The staff is friendly and fast. But someone needs to fix the outside intercom for placing and preparing... orders !!!! This has been "not working for a long time" !!!! When is the company going to fix it ????? Read more
