I went for breakfast this morning 10/12/22. The woman running the drive thru and the young man that brought my food out were... excellent!!! However the French Toast sticks & the seasoned potatoes were cold. The baconator was warm and pretty tasty. Thecost was over $12, steep for what i got. Overall NOT impressed with their breakfast!!! The Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger wasfantastic! The Spicy Chicken Jalepeno Popper was good, but the chicken inside the breading was extremely thin. The fries werenot as fresh as we thought they would be after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. Read more
Went with my friends. The kid working was incredibly rude. I?ve worked costumer service before so i?m always very understanding... but from the moment we walked in the kid was giving us attitude. While we were figuring out what we wanted he asked ?are youguys ready yet?? in an annoyed tone. After we ordered we were waiting for our food and our drinks came out we were waiting forthe rest of our food before grabbing our drinks and he goes ?these are your drinks.? basically telling us to get them. after wesaid we know and stayed where we were he walked away. Our fries didn?t have any salt and I was not given the ranch I orderedwith my meal. He also didn?t fill one of my friends drinks all the way. there was about an inch at the top. overall this wasprobably my worst wendy?s experience. I ordered 2 10pc nuggets and they only gave me a 7piece and 8piece and when we complained they only gave us another 4 piece.... They get 3 stars cause the food was really fresh and hot but please learn to count lol. Read more
Every time I get Wendy's on door dash food is old and just gross. I could slap myself for ordering more than once from the... Manistee Michigan store. I think I have finally learned my lesson. I will say if you are lucky enough to get fresh food fromthis place it is pretty good. Read more
Was there on Friday. The floor was so sticky. My shoes were sticky. Food was cold. Can not blame the wate staff. Manger not in... control. It was not busy only 2 in the drive in & 3 inside. Will not be back. ???? Read more
A burger that was ordered from Wendy's was still raw. They seem to be improving in taking orders, because they used to mess... then up all the time. Most of the staff there seems really friendly, though! Read more
