The restaurant was a bit understaffed when we arrived for dinner, so service was a bit slow. I ordered the filet mignon for... dinner, and the image below is what I received. Definitely NOT a filet Mignon, and not worth the price. It was tough,overcooked and looked/tasted more like a 6oz sirloin that sat for awhile. First timers! Came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the peanut butter burger and it was delicious. Really... liked that the patty is thin enough to not stuff you so you have room for the fries and garlic cheese curds. Definitely get thecheese curds. For a Sunday night at like 8.30pm it was a full house so come earlier. I do hope they get more staff as the twolovely waitresses could use some help but they were professional, kind and very hard working. Definitely recommend if you havenot been here before. Read more
This was a great little find for me. I ate lunch here with my family and it was tremendous. Deep fried mushrooms were amazing,... burger was good, Pretzel bites were great. Fry's were kinda poor though. Beautiful interior and the waitress was great with mykids. Read more

We pass thru Manistique every 2-3 months traveling between MN and MI, and finally had the time to eat at Tap21 over memorial... weekend. I had THE best rueben I've ever had - real Swiss cheese melted perfectly, hearty corned beef, bread grilled just right,and not a bit greasy. I ate the whole thing before I had the good sense to take a decent picture. A special thanks to Nikki(sp?) who made sure the service and food were both memorable. Will definitely stop again. Randomly stopped in on our way through the U.P. and we so pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks were an 11/10. Tried out the... Tap Burger (smothered in beer cheese sauce omg), Peanut Butter Burger, and garlic cheese curds?all to die for! Excellent serviceand the food was lightening fast. We?ll be back!! ???? Read more
Stopped in for an early dinner. Glad we got there when we did, because it filled up fast! Very cool bar. Nice selection of beers... on tap. Friendly, neighborhood feel. We witnessed several strangers willingly sharing tables and great conversation. Food is astep up from typical bar food. Definitely recommend. Read more
If you are in the Manistique area, I highly recommend checking out Tap 21. As you walk in the door you will no doubt be blown... away by the beauty of this place. Gorgeous establishment that is loving maintained. The great experience does not stop there.The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the drinks are great and the food is delicious! Beware...the serving sizes aregenerous and every bite will make you want to eat more. It's hard not to feel like you've got to roll out of there becauseyou've eaten so much!!
