I never thought I would say I'll never go to another Subway till Today. We got 4 cookies and a large Water. They had the balls... to charge us $2.49 for a large water. What a ripe off... The chili is the best!! The short girl with glasses did an amazing job on preparing my order.
It is very disappointing to sit in the drive thru waiting to order while you see walk - in patrons come and go from the store. I... have been told by the manager that walk-ins take priority over the drive thru. This, I believe, is also the policy at the SouthPekin location as well. I just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes while people came and went from the lobby. I was neverserved. I pulled around to the window and was told by the attendant that I would need to come in to be served. That she was busytaking care of the lobby and that they took priority over the drive through. In the meantime, there were four cars waiting toplace their orders. In this time of COVID-19, you would think that Subway cared enough of their employees and patrons toencourage patrons to use the drive thru. Unfortunately, I will not be stopping there anymore. I do like Subway, however, I amdone with the wait and poor company etiquette. Read more
