I never thought I would say I'll never go to another Subway till Today. We got 4 cookies and a large Water. They had the balls... to charge us $2.49 for a large water. What a ripe off... It is very disappointing to sit in the drive thru waiting to order while you see walk - in patrons come and go from the store. I... have been told by the manager that walk-ins take priority over the drive thru. This, I believe, is also the policy at the SouthPekin location as well. I just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes while people came and went from the lobby. I was neverserved. I pulled around to the window and was told by the attendant that I would need to come in to be served. That she was busytaking care of the lobby and that they took priority over the drive through. In the meantime, there were four cars waiting toplace their orders. In this time of COVID-19, you would think that Subway cared enough of their employees and patrons toencourage patrons to use the drive thru. Unfortunately, I will not be stopping there anymore. I do like Subway, however, I amdone with the wait and poor company etiquette. Read more
Employee's weren't wearing mask my order was wrong ask for deluxe wasn't any extra meat. Took over 30 min to get thru drive... thru Was overcharged been advertising 5dollar foot longs employee didn't know how to reprint a receipt when the registerran out of paper was charged full price for the meal I get better service from Casey Read more
I am horrified over my experience here. A manager walked in and began screaming And cursing at employees in the front area where... customers check out and eat. I frequently bring Clients here for my profession as I meet children and parents in publicsettings, and the kids and myself are freaked out. The manager and employees were yelling F-bombs at eachother, among a lot ofother issues. I felt unsafe and should have called the police. I won?t be back, nor will my hundreds of dollars in sales a weekbe back either. Shameful behavior. I?m still shaken up. Don?t give this place your business. Read more
I'm not a huge Subway fan, but in Manito, there aren't too many choices. This is definitely a God-send to this little town, and... when I'm working in town, I go no further than Subway. The restaurant is also very clean, and that's very important to me. Read more
