The food at Adam's was delicious! My husband, 4 kids, MIL, and I are there for dinner and we're pleasantly surprised. It had... been years since we'd tried Adam's (since before the flood and relocation) and it was even better than I remember. Absolutely delectable. Each plate is a well thought out gastronomic experience. Especially fond that they cater well to dietary... restrictions. Many options to choose from as vegan or vegetarian. Menu has many breakfast and lunch options that do overlap fora diverse menu for brunching. Plates do run a little small, but allows for the ability to sample many courses. Large drink menuthat I am sad I didn't taste. A bit of a cute cottage feel inside. Plenty of parking. Can be a bit of wait at high volume times.Worth the wait. Highly recommend, would come again. Luckily found this cafe late afternoon after a long morning at pikes, especially wifey being a vegetarian its hard to find good... restaurants. Adam?s cafe had exactly what we were looking for, amazing veggie bowls and salads with yum homemade desserts. Read more

Adam?s Mountain Cafe was the perfect place to stop for brunch after visiting Garden of the Gods on our way to Historic Manitou... Springs. So glad they offer vegan options. I got the vegan breakfast bowl, and my hubby got the vegan French toast. They alsooffer other vegan dishes like vegan French onion soup which I would have ordered if it was also gluten free. This cafe has everything. I was surprised by the variety of their menu. I went to have brunch and I was delighted, as the vegan... option I ordered was amazing. Amazing food and service. Delicious vegetarian dishes, Senegalese Veggies and Thai noodles. Its hard to find food this good, and... good for you, in Colorado. Slightly pricey but well situated and lovely restaurant with great food and several vegan options worth exploring. I love the... vegan French toast! I also highly recommend the clove iced tea which is amazing. Read more
