Service was okay, they dropped off nachos and a salad before our meal. The meal came and we still had to ask for silverware and... napkins. We?ve been here a good handful of times, the service is usually pretty good, so is the food. Nothing has deterred usfrom returning for the occasional wing stop. Dining and bathrooms are always clean. I had the black bean burger and it was awful. I know this place is known for wings, but I don't eat those and was pleased to... find something vegetarian. All I can say is: don't cook the black bean burger as long as a beef burger - it turns into a hockeypuck and tastes like cardboard. Read more
We are traveling through. Took 15+ minutes to get waited on. I went to hostess desk to try to get a waiter and 3 employess were... standing in the back talking and laughing and could clearly see me standing there...finally one came over and was not apologeticat all. Once waiter came he took our order...food came and my order was wrong. We asked for our bill and it was oneamount...he took my credit card and came back with the receipt to sign. He took the detailed receipt and crumbled it up and thenew receipt was $1.19 higher. I believe the second number was actually correct but he said nothing to explain it. On apositive note...the onion rings were delicious!!! The wings were very dry. Fortunately we will not take this out on all BWW but will never stop at this one again. Read more
Service is ok. Food is always cold for some reason. Especially the wings. Asked for extra sauce on my wings & then get no sauce.... Also if you order take out they add a $1 fee. I?m coming & getting my own food why add a fee? Ig it started a month ago. Read more
Server could not be bothered to grab a beer we ordered that had sat there for about 15 minutes. After walking by and looking at... our empty drinks 6 times I finally asked for refills and the beer. Once my boyfriend took a drink he realized there was grossstuff in the cup and stuff floating. Not really a big fan :) Read more
Great food! Nice happy hour drink specials! So glad they brought back UFC. We'll be frequenting more often. Food is delicious.... Servers make mistakes, but are courteous and make up for it when they do. Wings are always amazing. Sports, sports, and moresports ???? Read more
Wings were just as cold as my drink, had to ask for silverware and napkins. Waiter was definitely taking her time getting our... bills, and apparently they charge $10 for 5 cheese curds. It definitely shows, a Sunday night during football season at a sportsbar, and there is 6 people not including my group.
