We wanted authentic Mexican food, and this restaurant was pretty close to authentic. The waitress was a bit shy, but helpful and... attentive. The decorations were definitely authentic Mexican. The food was good, but not amazing, but we only got chorizo tacosand mole enchiladas. The restaurant wasn't overly clean or tidy. Read more

Last time I went to El Alamo they messed up my order So I called back and spoke to the owner's wife and she told me there was... nothing she could do that's what I ordered and would not fix it for me so I ate it anyways and got extreme food poisoning theworst food poisoning I've ever had in my life I was violently throwing up the The quality of the food has gone downhill bigtime this place needs to be shut down immediately! Food was okay, service was even worse. Rice and beans not very good, fajitas were okay but not too much flavor. Pork chimichanga... had lots of fat in it. Chips tasted old but the salsa was very good, probably the best part of the meal. Service was decent tillwe got our food. Then we sat for 20-30 minutes. Never once checked how things were or if we needed a drink. We all needed adrink and couldn?t wash down our meal which was a bummer. Our server sat on their phone while we sat at the table waiting for abill and drink. Would I go back? Probably not. Would I recommend it to anyone? Probably not. Tried a new Mexican cuisine place in Manty. Fairly limited menu. Food was fine and received prompt enough. No check on us from... waitress after getting food, also had to go pay bill proactively. No one else in restaurant at this time. Gave it a try, butwon't revisit. Read more
