i originally placed my order about 10 minutes before i arrived, i let them know at the speaker that i was here for an order,... just a famous bowl meal and a mac n cheese. parked me out front and i waited there about 25 minutes while someone continuouslyran out orders for people who got there after i did. i had to go back to the order board to tell them about waiting over 20minutes and it seems like they forgot about me, not only that i didn?t even get my drink, and didn?t get an apology for havingme wait so long. Ordered 12 pc meal. Received 7 pcs. Called the store and was told they aren?t responsible for orders online. Won?t give a... refund or replace the missing chicken. When you pay $40 for a 12 pc chicken meal you expect 12 pcs. I won?t be eating hereever again. Food was pretty nasty as well. Read more
