Tried to do the feedback through the app but it won't let me. Just ordered 1 hr ago and got the food and i paid for 4 extra... ranch dips, garlic dip, and jalapeno ranch dip and we did not get any of them. I want a reimbursement for next time on myaccount! I've never had any issues and love the pizza and cheesy bread and will continue to get there pizza because its the onlygood pizza in manitowoc county but i just want to be reimbursed for my extra dips i paid for. Used to be so good and correct every time. Now I'm charged for things I'm not getting, one pizza barely has any cheese and the... other slid over to the side...the driver handed the pizza to us tilted on its side. Why is this happening? Read more
Waited over 2hr for delivery. Will never order from here again. When telling this to the deliver person he turned around and... put the pizza in his car. Offered to pay and he said get away from me I will pepper spay you. The most frustrating thing is youcould not check on your delivery. Phone just gave a message and hung up on you. could not even email anyone. Sorry to thedelivery person. He was just trying to do his job. If he would have taken the payment he would have gotten a nice tip but turnedaround and would not talk. Read more
I typically love their Pizza, but when I recently ordered for delivery my experience was awful. I called at 4, they informed me... a driver wouldn't be available until 5:15 I said that was fine. I then order 1 large 2 topping , and cheesy bread. They did notarrive at my residence until closer to 6, and The pizza was ice cold like they made it at 4 when I called then let it sitthere?? I should of just burned $25.. Anyway awful experience, and I'll never be back. Read more
Will never be having Marco's again! The picture says it all unless you're in the mood for wet and soggy pizza. Also, a VERY rude... employee who should be fired immediately as another reason will not be returning. Read more
Found a needle in my pizzza called right away and they told me there?s nothing they can do about it first off this is dangerous... what if I swollen this nobody would?ve know what went on this is unsanitary and I don?t feel comfortable with they way they weretalking on the phone basically trying to blame for it this is so wrong Nd I?m going to go about it the right way Read more
The personnel at the store and on the phone were great. They enjoyed working there and you could tell by their performance and... attitudes. Food was also great. Their team work and friendliness was a breath of fresh air. Read more
