Never waiting out front for my food again. If they tell me its going to be a 10min wait for something im just gona stay right in... front of the window till they have my food. Waited outside for 20mins they never came out with my food and finally i went in tosee whats going on they tell be its been on a hot plate for 10mins because they couldn't find my vehicle. They didn't even comeoutside with my food at any point in time. Terrible customer service Terrible experience Terrible management. They guy didnteven care that i was upset he just said we looked for you over n over again when hes lieing right to my face. Needs newmanagement. Read more
I frequently order from this panda and have had great experiences and mostly ok food. The last few times the food, and staff... have been horrible. Most recently, I ordered and immediately paid for a Family meal. Blaise, (the employee who took my order)then filled 2 boxes of chow mein, and one orange chicken., then put the 2 other empty boxes to the side. The big orange chickenbowl under the heat lamps was still 3/4 full. He then informed me there would be a 20 minute wait, because the cook was onbreak. I informed him I had an appointment and was unable to wait and requested a refund. He told me "they don't do refunds". Iasked if they could at least give me fresh food if I had to wait 20 more minutes and Grace told me "it was fresh when we put itin there" in a totally rude condescending tone. In the past they would offer a soda and be polite about a wait, but not thisgroup of employees. I waited out the 25 minutes, then was given the same old gummy chicken that was under the heat lamps thewhole time. Got home no surprise chow mein cold, orange chicken gross. What a waste!!! The man who took our order on 11/7/22 was practically yelling at us because we didn?t know the menu perfectly. We hardly eat at... panda, do not have one near our house. When we picked up our food we asked the girl giving it to us who he was and it was themanager. He came over and glared at us from the drive thru window. Will never go back there. That man is scary. My boyfriend and I went yesterday and ordered 2 of the bigger plates, 2 drinks, and 2 orders of cream cheese rangoons. The... manager Ivan, who i?ve heard nothing but horrible things about from past employees and customers, handed us our drinks and verycondescendingly told us to come inside next time we have a big order. I didn?t know 2 meals was a huge order? If you can?thandle 2 meals in the drive thru you should get a new job. Also, they had everything ready by the time we got up to the windowwhich was about 30 seconds. Obviously they didn?t have a hard time fulfilling our order if they had it ready. Manager is on ahuge power trip and should seriously reconsider his position as a manager. if his teenage staff can handle it then a grown manshouldn?t have any issues. but from the looks of the reviews i?m not the only one who experienced him. and it?s not the firsttime either. went a couple years ago and he served me my order, i told him every time i come through i don?t get any of mysauces and he said he made sure i got them, opened the bag in the drive thru and not a single sauce in there. wouldn?t recommendto anyone and ivan should have been fired by now for incompetence. Horrible drive thru experience. As others have stated, for some reason, this Panda Express forces people through the drive thru.... They do not want you to take a moment to look at the menu. We went recently and even though we were the only car in the entiredrive thru, they told us we need to get out of the drive thru and come in to order because we were taking too long. When wepulled up, we said we needed a moment to look at the menu? and no exaggeration, it was about 10 seconds before they came on andtold us to get out of the drive thru lane and come in? instead, I drove off because the last thing I wanted to do was give mymoney to that establishment. We called the location to let the manager on duty know what happened? and the manager Ivan told usthat was him on the speaker! What a joke! He was even more rude to us on the phone than he was at the drive thru. Why was themanager even working the drive thru? If it was short staffing, he could have put a sign on the speaker of the drive thru sayingplease come in or something? instead of jumping down the throats of potential customers. Either way, he was incredibly rude andthe weird pushy behavior at this drive thru seems to be an ongoing issue. You?re better off just staying away from this placeentirely. Read more
I usually don't review fast food, but the quality of this restaurant warranted one. Great food, ultra friendly staff (and hard... working manager), and clean restaurant. Take a look at the photos yourself. Read more
When I go to this panda express I am always greeted at the door. Their food is usually fresh and if it?s not they are willing to... make you more. The restaurant is usually pretty clean. There is a chair on the booth that has a rip in it. It can get busyaround lunchtime. They have a drive-through. Read more
As I selected my food, the guy filling the drive thru orders took all of the item I had chosen. It was a 10 minute wait for a... refill (according to my order filler) I decided to just go with the 1 entre that I had, so she proceeded to dump my stuff into abowl. We went down the line and then she used her same gloves to ring us up AND take our money. I asked the boss? who wasobviously training her if that was standard practice, to wear the gloves but handle both food & money & then go back to handlingfood while wearing the same gloves? and he ignored me and walked away. The food has always been just ok. NOW that I know theydon't care about handling food for safety...we're done. That touching money & my food is just gross. Who knows what's going onthe food? Read more
