Extremely unimpressed. Waited almost 40 minutes for our food, just to get Mac and cheese with hard noodles and it was almost all... water. I ordered a mac and cheese grilled sandwich and the center was cold, like they didn't even cook it. The latte we orderedwas straight steamed milk, zero flavor. Third time my order wasn't right. This time, avocado skin was attached to a slice in my sandwich, an entire end of the avocado!... Can't figure out how that was missed by the person making the sandwich. Also forgot two bags of chips. You've lost mybusiness. Read more
I ordered a chicken almond sandwich. I received bread lettuce tomatoes and about half of an ounce of chicken. It was the worst... so much I have ever had. If you look at my photos, you can see how little chicken there was. If you were to weigh the chicken itwould be about 1/2 Oz. The almonds? I received a total of ONE almond chopped up. I paid $10 for two slices of bread, threeslices of tomatoes, 4 leaves of greens and a very very THIN layer of chicken salad. I?ve had this sandwich many times before(pre COVID) and 1/2 sandwich would fill me up. I was still very hungry after this. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I tried calling thestore twice after.
