Extremely unimpressed. Waited almost 40 minutes for our food, just to get Mac and cheese with hard noodles and it was almost all... water. I ordered a mac and cheese grilled sandwich and the center was cold, like they didn't even cook it. The latte we orderedwas straight steamed milk, zero flavor. I asked for a refund and the manager was snippy with me, however I did get my refund. Asa first time customer to Panera, this experience was very disappointing. Read more
Third time my order wasn't right. This time, avocado skin was attached to a slice in my sandwich, an entire end of the avocado!... Can't figure out how that was missed by the person making the sandwich. Also forgot two bags of chips. You've lost mybusiness. Read more
I ordered a chicken almond sandwich. I received bread lettuce tomatoes and about half of an ounce of chicken. It was the worst... so much I have ever had. If you look at my photos, you can see how little chicken there was. If you were to weigh the chicken itwould be about 1/2 Oz. The almonds? I received a total of ONE almond chopped up. I paid $10 for two slices of bread, threeslices of tomatoes, 4 leaves of greens and a very very THIN layer of chicken salad. I?ve had this sandwich many times before(pre COVID) and 1/2 sandwich would fill me up. I was still very hungry after this. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I tried calling thestore twice after. This is the second time this week that I ordered an iced caramel latte and there was no espresso in it. I even questioned the... lady who gave me the drink when I saw the cup that looked like plain milk with caramel in it. I know when there?s no espresso ina latte and there was none in this drink. There?s a distinct taste and color when you add espresso into milk. I would have goneback and asked for it to be remade but I shouldn?t have to tell them how to make a drink, I will not be going back and I amextremely unhappy. New and very nice Panera Bread. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere. Very good food. Outside seating, plenty of inside seating.... Lots of drinks, food, to choose from. Good specialty fountain drinks- lemonades and teas and such. Read more
This place is brand new. Everything looks great. Parking lot well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of... different options for food and bread items. The food here is really good but I always leave still feeling hungry. The prices area little higher than I?d like to pay. I spent about $13 on just my own meal. Read more
Very congenial staff. At 9:15 a.m. they were almost out of bagels. I feel they need to make more bagels each day!
