Ordered my foot 2 and a half hours ago. Call to check when it was sapose to be here to see what's going on with my food and it... takes forever to get someone to answer then I'm told there's 4 orders being delivered then mine was going to be picked up.Another hour after I call and they tell me they have ONE DRIVER and have no idea what the estimated time will be. Very poor service!!! Staff was very verbal about how they don't want to be there working(with swear words), several customers... waiting in Restaurant area for their order. I heard phone ring non stop, no one ever answered. By the way, I was told 15minutes WAY longer than that! Read more
The pizza was AMAZING and it arrived in 25 minutes. I can't remember the last time I had this great of a pizza from pizza hut.
I've been waiting almost 2 hours for my food that was supposed to be delivered in around 35 mins tried calling the store and... nobody will pickup the phone was on hold for around 10 mins. So i cant call and cancel my order even though its about time forme to go to bed. I am beyond upset with the service here. Employees are almost always rude. Read more
Holy smokes! Picked up a two pizzas cinnamon rolls and bread sticks. The order was 25 minutes late from the online order... pickup time, then.. the pizzas were clearly not cooked (I'm assuming the pizza ovens have a bottom element that isn't on) thetop look great, but it was just resting on dough... Maybe they didn't notice this, but the cinnamon rolls were clearly notcooked... Yet they FROSTED the dough! I figured just never return but my better half wanted to call and let them know theiroven wasn't working... Well 30 minutes on hold and.. "well there are only three of us here so bla bla bla..
