Taco Bell and man's walk is not what it used to be and I know because I used to work there 20 some years ago. There's people in... there doing more joking around then actually working. They're out of uniform hair down to their necks or backs with no nets orhats on. And How does this store consistently run out of meat when they're not even open. Manager was very rude. She complained about me asking for extra napkins. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos and she gave us 2 flimsy... napkins. I asked for a couple extra. She complained and made a scene because she didn't know where to find napkins (somemanager). All the while, they had put 43 packets (no exaggerating) of sauce. My tacos were 20% grease. The wrapper was tearingbefore I even picked up the taco. I was vomiting and having diarrhea within 30 minutes. My husband had to leave work sick thenext day because his stomach was so bad he couldn't work. Worst experience ever at a fast food place. NEVER going back. Read more

This location is often discombobulated. Sometimes they're closed even though should be open. Sometimes they make your food... ahead and you have to sit in the drive through for 10 minutes to get it. The employees can be great but the management is notreally suited for customer service. Recently I ordered on the app and they didn't have one of the items. They offered nosolution so I asked if they could replace it or refund me. I was told to sort that through Door Dash even though I didn't orderthrough DD. Then the manager came over and told me to come inside because I was holding up the drive through. Thankfully oneof the employees came back to make a replacement quickly. While they finished the rest of my order the manager could be heardasking what they have to do to get me out of there.. Maybe offer basic customer service..lol Read more

This place needs to be shut down .rude staff and management. 8:35pm sat in drive through to finally get to the window after... waiting 10 minutes. asked for taco party pack.was told they didn't have enough ground beef.then I figured I would drive aroundand walk in 8:50pm an African American male then told me that I had to leave and go back through the drive through.i said noground beef for tacos and now your sending out to go back through the drive through?how do you guys even stay in business! Thenanother young African American male shouts at me on the way out the door. I wouldn?t even have given this restaurant a one star review. Horrible customer service. My soft shell taco supreme arrived with... no sour cream and the entire taco was cold as if it was being stored in a refrigerator. The nachos with my order came stale. Icalled and asked for something to be done to fix it and the manager said she will take care of it. She took my name and said tomention it the next time I return. I returned today and was greeted by a friendly man and told him my issue and he broughtanother man to speak to me. He told me he couldn?t do anything about it and assumed I was lying about the issue bc it happened amonth ago. He proceeded to yell at me as I walked out the door telling me to just not come back if I didn?t like what he had tosay. Jake the manager here is AMAZING. He had zero staff today and dealt with sassy drive through patrons and still made my food as... I'd ordered through a third party and it would be a headache to get a refund. He was absolutely wonderful even on a rough workday and made my kids super happy with a lemonade. He was a great multi Tasker and so professional. We will be back simplybecause of his kindness. So thankful to have staff coming to work and doing their job even when it's rough. Rancid tasting chips and cinnamon twists! On my family's last visit, food was good so we came back. This time was terrible!... First, they advertise Mango Whip Freezes yet they don't have them. Then they were out of Baja Blast. The food today was thebreaker for us. We got parked because they said they dropped the cheese chulupa. Got the rest of our food and the nacho chipsand cinnamon twists were rancid tasting. We told the crew member who didn't seem to care and just brushed it off. I can'tdecide if it's old oil or what. We didn't eat any of our items that were fried. The cheese roll-up tortillas looked like theymade too many and put them in the fridge and then just reheated them. Our kiddo wouldn't even touch it. Most of our food, minuswhat we were parked for, was cold. We're betting we will have a date with Charmin later! Gross. ????
