This is hands down the slowest Tim Hortons I?ve ever seen in my life. 30 minutes in the drive through to get a coffee ???????
Something changed within a year! Your workers are doing an exceptional job! They looked happy which means they work better in a... team! We got our food really fast and it was made PERFECTLY! Its super clean considering the big amount of customers! The staffare working hard and they are friendly! The ONLY thing I was a bit shocked to see was the women's room... No more toilet paperand a bit of a mess but I don't blame because people were going in and out. This building isn't fully accessible because theactivation buttons weren't working at all. People had to open doors for. I wish the main bathroom doors can also have buttons,it would make disabled people alot more independent! (To enter the bathroom not the stalls). I ordered an ice cap and Tim Bitsbecause it was a long trip we were doing. The ice cap was delicious! Read more
Every time I go to the drive threw i always water more than 30 min to be served. Often to be asked what I ordered at the window.... Last time I went they took so long i brought my son to the shawarma place instead. Worst Tim Hortons in the Ottawa Gatineauregion Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is disgusting. We already went back once for a reorder of breakfast wraps. We get home and... the order was messed up AGAIN. On top of that I open the donut box to this nasty hair. I will NEVER. Go back to this place. Nowonder it has 3.7stars Read more
Ordered 4 wraps asked specifically for no cheese. Got 4 wraps with cheese. Came back to change it... They gave me 4 wraps with... no cheese BUT no eggs this time... And was hair in our donuts. ???? Read more
The staff clearly lack of professionalism and are clearly not trained enough to work in this stressful environment. The place is... covered in filth, dirty flies and ants all over the pastries. Almost never give the exact order to the clients due to their poorspeaker/microphone. Enough is enough! Read more
The food was good and service was fast. But there was alot of drama within the employee's. Might of been an idea to have a... manager working with the crew... it did make for good entertainment while I waited for my food but it sure looked as toxic astoxic gets. Read more
