Staff is always friendly. Take as long as you want in the Cafe. Wish they took the Starbucks app. Recent change in layout is... actually kinda nice. Wish Barnes&Nobles would bring back the sofa chairs or somewhere to sit, beside the Cafe. We go as afamily. 4 people picking books out can take a while especially when you want them all. This is more of a review for the main people in control at the upper level. You could not have picked a worse way to redo your... category/catalog for the books is an appsolute nightmare to try and figure out. Just, go back to how you organized them in thefirst place. Read more
Cafe employees are rude. It is most important to them to socialize behind the bar. I clearly stated my order, which the... employee acknowleged, but I could tell she wasn't listening. Proceeded to make the wrong size coffee, caffeinated when I askedfor decaf. When she remade the order, she tossed a straw on the bar which landed in a puddle of water. Then she acted tickedthat I asked for a dry straw. My experience at this cafe usually goes something like this. If I'm going to pay over $5 for acup of coffee, I expect professional service. The staff here is really attentive and friendly, they make your stay even more pleasant. The array of books available is... honestly surprising, you will likely find something for any particular interest and there will be a whole shelf designated forit. Barnes & Noble is a quiet and calm place you may relax in, have a nice coffee and read as you find a new addition to yourbook collection, or search through their puzzles, collectibles, cards and marvelous stationery. Clean, well-organized store. Obviously, B&N has a good selection and the ability to order any book you need. However, prices are... high, and it lacks the charm of mom and pop book sellers. It was nice to see them showcasing books for pride month! Read more
I absolutely love Barnes & Noble. It is such a nice clean space to go and get a new book or browse! The store always smells like... fresh books and it's so amazing. You can always find some nice books and sweet cover art. I would suggest adding the "Book ofMormon" to your selection. Read more
A large abundance of books, movies, magazines, music and games! I'm really unused with their movie collection; it's larger than... other Barnes & Noble stores. (Photo of one section of movie department) I also like that they have chairs scattered around thestore! My kids take hours at B&N stores so it is so nice having a place other than the Cafe to sit. The place was clean andbooks nicely organized. Low staff on a Sunday. One staff claimed they didn't have a kids graphic novel, but I found the wholeseries. My family would go here again. Read more
There was a cashier guy there that was really rude while I was checking out. No arguing over anything (nothing was wrong), just... a little too condescending and rude for my taste. Overall, not a bad store. Good Staff (mostly...), Clean, good selection ofbooks. Read more
