Always a fun place to get a sweet drink in the mall. Only giving 4 stars because sometimes the people make your smoothie really... nice and creamy. However, sometimes they also put it together in 0.5 milliseconds and don't care which then turn into a badsmoothie. Everything should be made the exact same each time. I don't typically write reviews but this experience was deserving of one... Been to this Berry Blendz many times without... problems but this time was different. The worker glared at me and slammed my reciept and credit card on the table instead ofhanding it back. Slammed my smoothie down on the table too. I was the only customer there and I tried to be polite, so I'm notsure why she was so rude. Regardless, I don't think I'll be going back and I recommend others avoid this Berry Blendz if theyaren't interested in being disrespected. Read more
The blends were great, my girlfriend had gotten the Chai-High, I had gotten the Choco-nutter. Both were good, the only... recommendation I give is more banana in the Choco-nutter cause the peanutnbutter takes over most of the smoothie. Overall allpretty good though, definitely will go again. The drinks they make are what you?d expect from berry blendz they are good and consistent for the most part. I would have given... them a higher rating had it not been for the numerous times they have closed shop while I was in line. This has happened about 5times in the past 6 months. The workers get backed up and frustrated then they announce that they will be closing for five orten minutes so they can clean up and catch back up. This just makes for bad business practice. They lose out on potentialcustomers and discourage other to the point that they make the tee k across the mall to get Starbucks instead. Read more
Always good smoothies, Every time I go there I am helped by a lady with shortish black hair, I believe she may possibly be the... manager, she is AMAZING. I love her spunk, always has a positive attitude and makes conversation with you. she deserves a shoutout! Thanks girl! Keep doing what your doing! Read more
The smoothies are very good but a few of the staffers are very rude. If it weren't for the one girl that did all the work making... the smoothies while her coworker's mocked the customers I would have given this establishment 1 star. Read more
