I'm here a few days a week for my coffe fix. They have stopped giving me my free drinks, there's always ice cubes in my blended... drinks, and most Caribou locations give you 10 cents off if you answer the question of the day right....but not this one.Quality, and service has really gone down. I?ve ordered from this location twice and both times the order came out wrong on relatively simple drinks. An Americano that was... turned into a iced coffee with cream and a Black Cold Press which magically got milk as well as some sweet cold foam. However,both times the blended drinks I did order came out perfect. Head to one of the other locations in town before this one. Read more
I came in today to order my usual, bagel with sausage/cheese. I was rudely informed they don?t do any modifications. Essentially... you get what you get. When I told her I?ve ordered the same things several times before, I was told ?whatever?. It?s surprisingthat your establishment doesn?t accommodate people who don?t like eggs or something. I hope you don?t treat every guest thisway. Especially those with allergies. I look forward to hearing from non-store personnel in regards to this behavior and myoverall experience at this location. I went through the drive through and Jay was incredibly rude, messed up my order, couldn?t hear her over the speaker, barely... spoke to us once we got to the window, and wouldn?t give us a receipt. I went inside to have my drink fixed and the man whohelped us was great! Didn?t get his name, but he was extremely helpful! Read more

I love their iced turtle mochas! They also have really good bagels! :-) I'm part of their perks program and receive free drinks... fairly often. I go there a lot though. Also, I like that they now have XL size in their iced beverages! Read more
Ordered a Blended Matcha Latte and i got asked if I wanted whipped cream on top i said sure and it honestly tasted a little off... and the texture of it was like chapstick it was sticking to my teeth and lips, consistency and taste was way off?
