I am writing to complain about the service I received at Chipolte's Warren St. store in Mankato, MN. I was getting my take out... supper for the evening I ordered a steak bowl and when it came time to have the sauces I added I specifically told the young manworking there that I wanted only a small drop or two of the red chili sauce due to it's particular heat. The young man proceededto ladle nearly half a ladle's worth onto my bowl I objected in firm voice but the young man laughed it off as "good for yourhealth."Out of respect for the other diners I insisted upon extra cheese and lettuce to deaden the heat. Suffice it to say if Iwas not impressed by his performance. When someone says "a drop" that does not mean a glob a blob or anything nearing the fullcontents of a ladle. Read more
Less than $13 for a burrito that weighs nearly a full pound and tastes delicious. Can't complain! I always have enough left over... for the next meal. And they have the app, so i could order online and pick it up within 7 minutes, without having to wait inline behind 15-20 people. Read more
This location does not know how to wrap burritos. For a culture diverse staff you'd think they'd be able to focus on something... as important as wrapping a burrito. Been their the past few weeks and every burrito was ripped due to lack of focus on theprocess. Just went there today and had a double wrap chicken burrito which costs more then a double wrap steak burrito. Alsothe butitto was ripped at the end and employee didn't care. Ordered through pickup and when I got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready it wasn?t there. Had to wait until the... line died to speak to a guy and when I did he said they had to remake the order. I got my order 10 minutes later and when I gotto my tacos they were frozen cold. I also ordered three tacos and only got 2 which is great. Halfway into my first taco I bitinto a bone the size of a squirrels testicle(pictures included) and needless to say this is my last trip to chipotle. I was not very impressed with the amount of food given for my order. Other Chipotles I have been to give appropriate or generous... portions and this location seemed to skimp on everything even though they had plenty of food. I even asked for extra of severalcomponents and they seemed very reluctant to put anymore on my burrito bowl. Everything tasted fine, but it seemed like I gothalf the amount of food that we normally get at other locations. I will not go to this location if I have another option andwould not recommend it. Chipotle at this location has super friendly staff and even more friendly management. The food is always great for fast quality... mexican food that's is crafted with quality ingredients. They serve various bottled beer and on the spot made margarita's withquality liquor. My best experience at this location was when staff offered a free meal for their great service. I made anonline order, and because I was unable to add notes to my order online, I called to have them adjust the order. The staff member happily accepted my change to the order and promised the adjustment before it was picked up. From the time the order was placedto the time it was picked up it took only five minutes. Because the staff was so efficient in making my order, they were notable to make the change, so I was offered a free meal. Chipotles has always been a reward to myself, and if your in the moodfor food, I recommend rewarding yourself with Chipotles today. Read more
