Whenever we are in Kato we have to stop at FroYo. Delicious ice cream & gelato flavors, huge selection of toppings, friendly... staff and atmosphere. Have never been disappointed. Can get spendy though if you overload your cup. Read more

Friendly fast service. It was cold, so I was the only one there. Noticed that the worker was cleaning equipment. Tables and... chairs were all clean as well. Nice to see. I have never met anyone so rude. As a business owner, you want people to return and offer great service. The opposite is the... case here. I took a client here for a special treat and they were $0.03 short, and the employee wouldn?t give them their icecream. They asked if they could take some out and the lady (who I?m assuming is the owner) said absolutely not. She thought shewas going to get us to come up with three more freaking cents but no one had any more on them, so we had to give her the icecream back and walk out with nothing. They could have made $7-8 off us but instead they just threw it in the garbage. Maybe theyjust re-used it who knows. The prices are far overpriced and there is hardly any selection, maybe 5 total including the basics.They put a lid and spoon and napkins on it before they weigh it to get every extra cent they can.
