I love Giliberto's! My favorite thing to get from there is their super fries. They're always so delicious and super quick. It is... more than enough food to fill you up. I can't really tell the difference between their super fries half and full order though. They both look like they have the same amount of food. So get the half order because it is cheaper. Read more

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Mankato. The service is fast, and the food is hot. I'll be coming back soon.

Tasty authentic Mexican food. Huge variety of tacos (I prefer the rolled tacos, the carne asada, and the chorizo tacos). The... guac is probably 50% sour cream, but is delicious! Most importantly, they'll hold the cilantro if requested!! I gave the drivethru 4 stars, but the best experience is dine in. Gilberto's does tacos right! Read more

As a hispanic i am very disappointed l. I was excited for this place to open but I really wish they didn?t. Tacos $3.25!!!! WHAT... && where is the cilantro???? I ordered an Horchata also and it tasted really off something was very off with it. The only pro isthe amount of meat they put in my tacos and the salsa. Aside from that i?d rather go to La Bamba where you can put as muchtoppings on you?re tacos for way less. Read more

We ordered take-out for lunch. Their first day open, looked like business was good on their opening day! I had the campechano... burrito (steak, shrimp, pico de gallo & rice). Very tasty! A decent size burrito for the price ($9). My wife ordered the porkburrito, may have been the adobada burrito ($8.75). She said it was very good as well, she liked that the pork was cubed and notshredded. I also ordered an adobada taco ($2.75). A traditional mexican taco with al pastor, cilantro and onions - on a corntortilla. Very generous portion of meat. You can select your own salsa in a cup, I tend to like my food spicy so I tried the hotsalsa. It had just enough zing, which added to its wonderful flavor. Service was super friendly and helpful. Prices were veryreasonable. Do yourself a flavor (see what I did there?) and give this place a visit! Read more
