This was our the first time eating Indian food, and I got to say.....I'm a fan. The hostess was extremely helpful the place was... spotless, and the food was excellent. The price was good too, 2 meals and appetizers plus drinks under $50. I would recommend toanyone wanting to try something new I'll be returning. Read more

It was a wonderful experience! Food was hot and very tasty! I am not experienced with Indian food so I had my daughter order... what their family liked most. We all had vegetarian. My husband a meat eater had lamb. Our waitress was very helpful andhandled the 6 of us well. The cook actually came to our table with our food. This was a great experience and we will be back! The food is fantastic. I've tried so many dishes from here and I am never disappointed. It's my opinion that I think the prices... are a little high for the portion, however the quality and taste is really good and rivals the cost. You can choose almostanything and be happy with what you get. Read more

Love the view. We were questioning if they would still let us dine in 30 minute before close but they did. We got the dinner... for 2. Price and portion was reasonable. I didn?t like that they had their glass cup turned upside down with the rim touchingthe table, it felt uncleaned. I?m sure they clean their tables after every meal but for self assurance I had to wipe the edgewith my napkin. My friend felt like our 2 donut holes dessert wasn?t enough. He wanted more. Easy in and easy out, it was noproblem for us. Read more

I recently visited India Palace for the first time to celebrate an event with my family, and ordered takeout. Upon receiving... the food, the flavors of most of the dishes were great, and seemed like authentic Indian fare. However, the portion sizes andvalue for the money spent would be better rated at two or even one star. For example, my Uncle wanted to order a "meat platter"for $29.99 to enjoy multiple protein options offered. For that price, the attached picture shows the dish he received. Thisdish came with Naan bread and a small side of rice, but everyone in our party agreed that it was wildly out of line with theprice tag. In fact, for close to $100, we received surprisingly little food, which all easily fit in a paper shopping bag. After eating my $15 worth of 6 ounces of curry, my body decided that the food didn't agree with my system, and I was in thebathroom for a large portion of the evening. To summarize, I would give the flavor 3 stars, timeliness and responsiveness 2stars, and the overall value 1 star at India Palace. Read more

Photos maybe don't do justice with how good the food was, but definitely the best North Indian food I've had to date, and that's... after eating at Bawarchi, Persis, and Amaravati in the Des Moines metro area (all great places too). Chai was delicious as welland auntie was super nice ????. Another blissful experience. Read more
