My experience and what I observed: my parents and I were seated right away. Beverages were timely, but after ordering our food... we waited at LEAST 25-30 min for our food. It was mid afternoon on a Saturday and there were five customers seated inside andfour outside on the patio. There was one server and one bartender. While we waited for our food, I observed the bartender andthe server eating food at the bar. The server came with our food, which was very fresh and tasted good. Excellent service at the bar. Food was a great serving size and great environment. Staff extremely friendly. Busy, however... they never stopped checking in to see if we needed anything. We will be going back. Read more
Exquisite food and awesome staff!
I went to the NaKato Bar and Grill on a beautiful Sunday morning and the waitstaff greeted me with a smile as they showed me to... my table. After a brief browsing of their menu I decided to go with the Turkey Bacon Melt. During a short wait for my meal Iobserved the decorum and thought that this is a perfect example of a southern Minnesota bar and grill with a few modern touches.When my food arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the crispness of the Texas toast and flavor of the bacon. The fries wereperfectly cooked and after a light dashing of salt they were exactly how I like. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at the NaKatoBar and Grill and would like to go again. Read more

Love this place. They have the sweetest, fun waitress. Great burgers, and sandwiches. They feed you well, and the beer is cold.
Yummy! Went during a Vikings game. Stopped on the way to the MN state park with the buffalo herd. Lots of unique variety of... sandwiches, etc. Onion rings are not battered on-site, but were delicious and I would have believed they were made in-house.Very nice staff! Bathroom was clean. Read more
They were probably understaffed but the waitress wasn't very nice to my party or the party next us. I was hoping to get... breakfast food but was told they stopped serving it even though we saw it come out of the kitchen an hour later. The food wasok. My side salad had half of a bell pepper in it but the ranch was good. The chicken sandwich was pretty decent and made toorder. Read more
