This looks like a family friendly breakfast restaurant, however, I attended breakfast with a large group last Sunday and it took... forever to get a waitress to take our order and then it took quite a long time to get our food. When our food came out eggs thatwere ordered "over medium" we're done "over hard" then then the eggs were sent back and they were brought back "over hard"again. After having waited so long to get the food at this point I was hungry and just went ahead and ate the egg, even thoughit was awful. I was not the only person at my table who had this "egg" experience. Finally some other eggs were brought outwhich we did not accept as we'd already eaten. This is NOT the waitress's fault and the waitress took it very personally andended up leaving our table and running off in tears which made me feel very very bad. We made sure the tip was generous becauseit wasn't her fault, it was the restaurant management's fault. They did not train their people correctly nor was the cookcapable of cooking an "over medium" egg in 4 tries. I know it's tough to find workers these days, if you're going to have abreakfast restaurant you need to have a cook that knows how to cook eggs, for crying out loud. You obviously have a greatwaitress, who cares, in the young lady who initially started waiting on our table. I'm sorry I don't know her name it began with"C" but she apparently gives enough of a damn about your restaurant to be upset that things weren't going well. You should trainher better and give her the tools she needs to succeed. I hope you'll share this message with her. Read more
I'm usually not the kid of person to leave bad reviews at places because I dislike conflict, but this was absurd. I ordered a... meal online this morning, and when I got home I opened my takeout box to see that 80% of my breakfast meat was burnt to a crisp.I had ordered the breakfast skillet with the gravy so of course everything was mixed together so I got burnt bacon and sausagewith every bit. Besides that I had a big chunk of fried onion (?) In my food and some sort of clear plastic remnant. Iunderstand that it is a Sunday and you're super busy, but maybe don't put burnt food out? Went into today for lunch with the family an it was all great the service was nice an fast an polite, during the wait time from... ordering to getting the food cooked an out to customers. A fight broke out in the kitchen with a man named Adam, he was notprofessional at all calling all types of names an not going outside to resolve the problem. Food was great, service was great. However, the number of flies in the dining room was ridiculous as they buzzed us and were... attempting to walk all over our food! According to wait staff, they have made multiple complaints to management about the fliesand they refuse to resolve the issue! REALLY? Not cool! Read more
If only I could give a 0 star rating. It was only 8pm on a Saturday but they were already half cleaned up for closing. More and... more people showed but still crammed us all together. THEY WERE OUT OF WAFFLE BATTER! Didn't offer a discount or anything forhaving to CHANGE our order that we had already placed. She didn't check on us at all, besides bringing out our food an hourafter we ordered. Not to mention we had three preteen/teenage kids with us... Plus one of the workers was literally sitting withher friends for a decent amount of the time we were there. So yeah, attempt to make waffles at home. You'll probably be a wholelot less frustrated and not have to pay almost $100. Read more
I?m only giving them 3 stars because the waitresses did an excellent job. However I ordered a Benedict with avocados just to get... rotten avocados NOTE:I only took a bit of avocado and return the plate when I noticed all the avocados were like this I wouldshow more pics if I could. The lady was nice to refund it But completely killed my appetite. Then to notice exiting therestaurant they have chemical spray not one but 3 at the food prepping table there was only water and ketchup condiment fromwhat I saw but if those chemicals get in the water I pray for you. Enjoyed the food here over the years. My husband loves their breakfasts with eggs, ???? pancakes & hash browns. And I enjoy... the different triple choice meals - including a desert pie ???? Read more
We stopped for breakfast after an early Saturday morning Fleet Farm run. They never disappoint. I got the Tremendous Twelve. He... got the Big Country. Both were delicious and filling! Happy tummies. Read more
