I understand making mistakes, but what I don't understand is when a mistake made becomes my issue. I had to drive all the way... back to get it fixed on my own time just to be told I can't even keep the messed up order by dude in the glasses because "wellwhy would you bring them back in the first place?" I'm sorry to write this but to the girl working at 9 am on June 19th 2022 you need to do better. The sandwich was cold due to... the frozen rottersie style chicken in it or you didn't use the toaster right, the bread was good but the inside was cold to thetouch from the outside of the bread. I microwaved it when I got home ( I live .1 mile away, Neighbors basically) but then it wassoft and soggy. Cookies were in the wrong place (labeled wrong) and I asked her "idk if i'm seeing this right but I think yourcookies aren't in the right spot" and she said "I know" as if she didn't care. Now I can understand that if she was busy but theparking lot was completely empty and nobody besides me and my fiance and the worker were there. Only 1 sandwhich was orderedbtw. I have worked retail and understand that time and tasks can be difficult to perform in a timely manner but this was justcareless. I hope you read this so you can realize that people do care and notice things. I would hope that would matter to youat your place of work. Read more

If your looking for a sandwich plater at 4:00pm on a 12th of May the will not make you a plater because they don't know how to... make or cut sandwiches also their manager has to be there to cut up 4 sandwich and put them on a tray you could have just saidyou need to call in advance Read more

Stood in line for 15 mins. Got to the front to order my sub, and the lady starts doing online orders. Also there are three... employees working, but one stays in the back and doesn?t come out to help. Currently 12 people standing in line. If you havetime to waste this is the subway to go to. Need more workers. Busy place. Or at least more subways. Workers need training. They don't even know how to apply points... (rewards) to your rewards card. Also, they don't even tell you that you have tokens (dollar or 2 off) on your account unless youask them to check, even though you already swiped your rewards card. Prices keep going up. 9.50 for a tuna footlong sub. Comeon. Read more

I ordered a sub on the app. I wanted it toasted. I drove there and picked it up, and drove home. When I unwrapped the sandwich... is was lukewarm and soggy. I called the store and told them it was supposed to be toasted. The kid working told me their machinewas broken so they microwaved it!! Then told me I can just microwave it more to heat it up! Are you kidding me?!?! I reached outto corporate MULTIPLE times asking for a a refund. They refuse to even reply to me. I will never return to a subway againbecause of their negligence, and obvious lack of caring. Read more

Amazing food as always, but the service was extremely slow. Recently went and the entire place smelt of burning. Turns out when... she went to put my sandwich in the toaster oven smoke came billowing out and she still cooked it. Sandwich smelt and tasted likenasty smoke, of which I did not eat. Read more
