Unsure if I should even leave a review because I didn't get any service. Pulled up to the drivethru at right around 6:45... tonight, which is a Tuesday. The light by the road was on, and the menu light was on, I sat there for about a min and realizedthere weren't any lights on inside. No vehicles in the lot and nobody was inside. I was going to the drive up to get a Frosty. The people in front of me at the pick up window were taking awhile, so the guy... working the window taking orders walked over to the other side to bring me my Frosty so I could be on my way. I was sosurprised! He went the extra mile when he could have just stood there and waited for his coworker to get done with the car aheadof me and I would have had to wait behind them. Stopped in this location today for lunch with the family. We don't go here frequently as we are from out of town. There was a... lady working the lobby. I believe named Jill. She was the sweeties lady. Helped keep my kids entertained, brought them crayonsand coloring sheet. She asked what we needed and brought us a few condiments needed. She also had small Chat and bussed ourtrays and opened the door for us on our way out. Such a nice experience. Customer service is everything. A company is lucky tohave staff like her. The food was great!! However, I've never seen a restaurant so filthy. There was trash on the floor and we couldn't find even one... clean table in the restaurant! And there were only two other tables being used. Fingerprints were on every possible spot on allwindows. The staff were very nice but to try and eat in such filthy was a hard thing to do.
