Unsure if I should even leave a review because I didn't get any service. Pulled up to the drivethru at right around 6:45... tonight, which is a Tuesday. The light by the road was on, and the menu light was on, I sat there for about a min and realizedthere weren't any lights on inside. No vehicles in the lot and nobody was inside. I was going to the drive up to get a Frosty. The people in front of me at the pick up window were taking awhile, so the guy... working the window taking orders walked over to the other side to bring me my Frosty so I could be on my way. I was sosurprised! He went the extra mile when he could have just stood there and waited for his coworker to get done with the car aheadof me and I would have had to wait behind them. Stopped in this location today for lunch with the family. We don't go here frequently as we are from out of town. There was a... lady working the lobby. I believe named Jill. She was the sweeties lady. Helped keep my kids entertained, brought them crayonsand coloring sheet. She asked what we needed and brought us a few condiments needed. She also had small Chat and bussed ourtrays and opened the door for us on our way out. Such a nice experience. Customer service is everything. A company is lucky tohave staff like her. The food was great!! However, I've never seen a restaurant so filthy. There was trash on the floor and we couldn't find even one... clean table in the restaurant! And there were only two other tables being used. Fingerprints were on every possible spot on allwindows. The staff were very nice but to try and eat in such filthy was a hard thing to do. Worst experience ever!!!! Absolutely eat here ! I pull up to the drive thru and I ask for everything to be fresh please cause I... had a nice size order ! I order my food pull to the window to pay first I hand him my card and then my cash, he then says well Ihave to make sure I don?t mess this up so I then walk him through the steps to cash me out so I pull up the food window and Iexpect to wait cause it takes the chicken 7 mins to cook roughly ! So they hand me the bags I check the bags and most of thefood is cold so I ask them to remake it and all of them are looking confused , I then say I?m missing a sandwich the younger boygets mad stating I have all the food so I hand the bags back and they food wasn?t in there like I stated ! Then I ask them toremake the cold food he calls his dad which is the manager, the manager then says give me his name and number ! So I call him inthe drive thru and he states I was being rude which I spent $40.37 so yes I was ! I asked for a refund multiple times and theshift leader which is the son didn?t know how to do that ! The dad was drunk slurring words and told me I?m not getting anythingperiod and he would call the police ! So I waisted $40 and my kids are still hungry ! Understaffed but hard working employees. The drive thru was backed up at 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday. Ordering was kind of a fiasco... because the boy was obviously overwhelmed, but he got most of the order right and was polite. Food came out hot. Flavor andtexture of fries, burgers and chicken nuggets were great. Prices are comparable to other fast food. Read more
