Hey, I ordered through drive thru, and my order was wrong. When I mentioned that, they didn't change it, which is fine, I get... McDonald's is very draining to work at , I used to work at one. Likely the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. Went inside and no one acknowledged I was at the counter so I went through the... drive-thru. Sent my husband to get mobile order they said they had computer problems so he came home literally 3 mins away went back with... cash they tossed the receipt and literally had to guess what I had ordered. Then when asking the manager about our moneyalready paid on app when will it be refunded she said she didn't have time to answer questions because cars are backed up whoare waiting on pies and then she walked off... That was (Sandy ) always , rude & unprofessiona.. won't be going back & won'trecommend this location to anybody ...over priced , slow , rude unprofessional management & crew ... The staff is always very helpful and very friendly and tries to do their very best that they can do. The only complaint I have... is the frappe machine was down for about 2 months which isn't very good for their business I had to drive over 3 Mi if I wanteda frappe. Read more
Overall I would give this McDonald's five stars. Don't get me wrong I have had a few bad experiences here before But most of the... staff is very friendly and I have seen them go above and beyond what I expected. I came in for breakfast this morning and usedmy mobile discount for a $1 breakfast sandwich it tasted absolutely delicious and was the best McDonald's breakfast sandwichesI've had in a while. I love the deals you can get through the McDonald's app. What really got you the five star rating from meis when I came in yesterday during lunch rush, it was busy and it seemed like you were getting everybody's food out quickly,some items had a wait and instead of waiting for one item they would give a customer their order and tell them what they weremissing and run the rest out to them in the lobby during a lunch rush. Came in last night after work and food was terrible, no big deal. We called the store to let them know our burgers were cold and... fries were cold and unsalted. By far the worst food I've had from this establishment. Talk to the night manager Kaleb to let himknow and he was extremely polite and apologetic. He took our information and told us to come in the next day and he wouldpersonally see that we were taken care of. Because of Kaleb we will continue to come back to this location, he went above andbeyond for us. He didn't have to do everything he did but you could tell he actually cared about his job and the company. Kalebdeserves a raise and promotion.
