I have been to Level B about four times in the last six months. The service is hit or miss. Some times it feels like the staff... is hovering over you when you are trying to eat/ converse with the individuals you are with. Other times it is difficult to evenget an order in.\nIf you like your burger any other way than well-done this is not the place for you. I order my burgers mediumrare as that is how I enjoy my burgers. Every time it comes out well done. Today I knew the second I cut into the burger it waswell done. If I wasn\'t splitting it with my fiance I would have sent it back. My fiance\'s niece had ordered a wrap that had along blond hair in it. Wich was definitely not hers as she has dark hair.\nThe last time we were in we ordered the prime ribdinner it had no flavor and was very disappointing. Thankfully we had ordered horseradish with it that saved it a little. We hadheard the prime rib was very good at Level B which made it even more disappointing.\n\nMy fiance is willing to give the foodanother chance, but I more than likely will eat before we go and will only be ordering drinks as the drinks have so far not beendisappointing. We enjoyed a meal and drink for the first time here last night. The Prime Rib was cooked to perfection!!!!! Highly recommended.... Au Jus is basic, straight forward for those looking for traditional flavor. We would have liked a beefy salt kick. The buildingis modern and very clean! Lots of tvs and good lighting. The servers were amazing!!! It was busy but there was no lack ofservice or attention! Several servers chatted with us and got us our requests immediately. Only reason we didn\'t give 5 starsis because it is VERY loud and echoing in the building. Hard to converse or hear each other. We plan to take friends and goback! The bar is popping and huge! First time here, unfortunately arrived during a time when the kitchen was closed, so I waited over an hour. Nikki my server... saved the day and took good care of me. Food was good, my grilled tenderloin was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Everything wasvery fresh. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food. Very good experience overall. Read more
Terrible service, waited well over an hour after being the 2nd people in the restaurant at 11am. Appetizers (fried pickles) came... after we finished our meal and they were well below average. My wife’s burger was burnt also. So below average food, an hour15 minute wait when you’re one of the first in the door, and horrible service. We will never dine here again. Read more
We’ve always had great food and absolutely love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Average wait time on service/food is working... through some inconsistencies, but I have to say have had a wonderful experience the last couple times we’ve been in.Suggestion to add more outdoor marketing so that those who do not live in or close to Manning would know it’s a bar/restaurantwhen driving through town.
