if i could give this place zero stars i would. yes i understand it?s just plastic from the ham, but if a little kid ate this?.... i?m just saying. i asked for tenders as a replacement she told me no. when i worked in fast food as a manager i would give thecustomer what they wanted as a replace to make them happy so they would come back. the only thing i could get was extra fries.you can consume plastic but it?s also not good for you at all! i was disgusted by this and if this biscuit was for a child, iwould of been more angry. lucky, i didn?t bite into it. there was no refund that i could get. just a fry replacement, so sadlyno protein for me. just a lot of potatoes? We stopped at this Bojangles while on a trip to the beach. It was clean and the workers were courteous. And their biscuits... were better than we're used to at other Bojangles we frequent. Read more
Very nice employees. Our boberries were cold, but they remade them. They were still cold on the inside but they were still nice... and polite and wanted to fix the issue. Once the boberries were nice and hot... They were so good. Worth the wait and we relyappreciated the time they was taken to fix the problem.. Read more
The head manager that was in the store was training new members and giving vivid details of their role and examples while... situations were occurring in real time. She was simultaneously multitasking training and running the facility behind the counterwhen she noticed there was an additional need. She got her staff to roll with the quickness to ensure guest satisfactionimmediately. This woman is a gem, they don?t build them like her anymore. Replicate her and her methods to any manager runningany facility and you?ll be pleasantly pleased with the results. Bojangles is lucky to have her grinding like she does. Big BoTime! Read more
Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good music and tasty fried chicken. I recommend it to my friends
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, there was only 2 cars! Once I got to the window, employees were... on their phones so that explained what was more important instead of customer service. The food was downright not edible andpotentially unsafe! Ordered the#10 blt which is the Bo's chicken sandwich plus bacon lettuce tomato. There was more breadingthan chicken! It literally filed the box! Chicken was about the size of a chicken strip. The breading was raw still on one sideof the chicken so I didn't even eat it because I didn't know if it was safe to eat! Raw chicken can kill you fyi! Lettuce waswilted horribly bad, bacon was just a few rumbles. As for the mayo, pickles, and tomato...can't tell ya because I didn't evenget any! Fried were flimsy, full of grease, and cold. Read more
This was my first time at this Bojangles restaurant and it wasn?t a good experience on what they had to offer. I wanted mashed... potatoes and coleslaw but they did not have any ???????? so I had to go with the seasoned fries. The chicken was not hot, thecoating was extremely thick and the chicken was dry.
