My first experience at a Waffle House! Not bad!!! Our server was quick and efficient. My hubby ordered the sausage grit bowl w... added bacon and extra cheese. His standard when he stops at a WH. Only 2 employees on duty, the cook said he had been on duty for 18 hours. Even with the short staff, the cook and waitress were... friendly and provided excellent service and great food. Waffle House remains my first choice for a quick and tasty meal or justcoffee. Read more
Stopped in for a break from an 8 hr road trip back to Florida. When I walked in, all tables were empty and I was the only... customer, but there was a gentleman that walked in a few mins after me. The waitress that came up to the table a couple minsafter I walked in, asked what I would like to drink, and then if I knew what I wanted. I gave her my order, Chicken sandwichplate, scattered, covered and chunked, no tomato with the sandwich. She asked if wanted the chicken melt, and I said no, theregular chicken sandwich, no tomato. She then asked the grill operator if he heard me, and he said yes, so she began writingthe ticket. She placed the napkin and silverware on the table, and then asked ?You said sweet tea, right?? I told her no, itwas a sprite, and then she asked if I wanted everything for the chicken sandwich. I told her the only thing I didn?t want wasthe tomato, and then she kept asked about each item - lettuce, pickles, tomato(again), and mayo. I then asked about adding awaffle to the order and she yes, and told the grill op again, and he acknowledged. All of this happened in the span of maybe 5mins. A few mins later, I receive my plate, chunks of ham on top of the cheese, instead of under the hash browns like normal. The waffle also was never dropped. She reminded the grill op again, and he said oops, he forgot to drop it. He got called tothe back, and came back a couple mins later, and still never dropped the waffle. I finished almost my entire sandwich and hasbrowns before the waffle finally got dropped. When I reached over to grab a couple napkins, the top of the holder had syrup ontop that had never been wiped off. When the waffle finally came out, it was not allowed to cook fully, and was still very soft,instead of being more firm like it should be. Breakfast here was the best! I couldn't get enough of their hashbrowns. My wife had the waffles and bacon. Good here is... delicious ???? Definitely recommended if you are passing by or just want delicious breakfast/lunch or dinner!! Read more
DONT STOP HERE ...WE WERE REFUSED SERVICE!! We just pulled in after a long drive...and there's no one here!!! We were told that... they're too busy and short staffed. We couldn't eat and they made us leave, as you can see from the photos that there's no onethere ...they're not too busy... they're just too lazy and didn't want to serve us. Read more

Just your typical Waffle House: an acceptable level of dirtiness on the tables and floor but good food cooked fresh, right in... front of you (if you sit at the counter top). The staff is fine, no problems but nothing spectacular. The food is good, typicalWaffle House quality, and for a really great price. Read more
