We were traveling and needed to stop and get lunch, the driver was busy so we went inside after ordering our food we stood near... the counter waiting for it to come out then I saw one of the employees who was preparing our food I realized that she was notwearing any gloves!!! She also had a sandwich in her apron pocket that was visible SMH needless to say I got a full refund and Iwill not be returning to this location. Read more

This is to the lady that works at the counter with the 8 blonde braids in her hair. When my mom couldn't understand you because... she half deaf and leaned into hear you better. That was your hint that she couldn't understand you. Yet instead you gave herattitude and rolled your eyes over what kind of chicken she could have on her salad. Please understand that you don't need totreat people that. You could have just taken the hint to speak up a hair so she could understand you. That's all you had to do. Read more
We ordered a veggies burger. Something I remember them having in the past and we got lettuce tomatoes picked on bread. When we... tried to explain they had no clue what we were talking about. Impossible burger, black bean burger etc. Read more
Had a nice experience today in the drive through. This location was out of regular Dr Pepper and Coke so we had to chose... alternative drinks. The burgers were hot and fresh as were the fries! We almost didn?t pull off I-95 due to the negativereviews but the food was really delicious at least at the beginning of lunch today. Read more
I've never NOT been able to finish my double stack.. except for today. The burger seemed to be made and under the heater for... quite some time. The ketchup made the inside of the bread mushy, the outside of the bread was hard and the burger itself seemedundercooked. The service was slow and not friendly. There was a hole in the ceiling right in the middle of the restaurant. Thefloors were sticky and the drink area had a wet floor sign with spilled drinks all over it. The bathroom also seemed unclean.Better option near by so I would avoid this Wendy's altogether. Read more
At 1:30pm on a Sunday we sat in a drive through for 30-45 minutes. Either the inside is understaffed or completely incompetent.... Fast food should not take longer to prepare than real respectable food. Embarrassing for the community or a representation ofit?you decide.
