The assistant manager Lexie has a horrible attitude and plays games with customers when placing your order on drive through. She... finds it entertaining correcting customers on how to order than when you explain to her to be understanding and patient shecancels your oder after making you wait 30 minutes. I had never had this experience at DQ. I will contact corporate since sherefused to provide me with the franchise contact info. I'm shocked on how comfortable she is to harass customers who contributeto her salary. Read more

Worst location I have ever encountered. This evening around 7:45pm visited this location thru the drive thru. There were 5 cars... in front of us. Line moved very slowly and took about 25 minutes to get to the ordering box. When we got to the speaker the ladywho was taking our order sounded frustrated and upset. She started taking our order and then told us to hold on because theywere short staffed. Left us waiting over 5 minutes before she came back to take our order. Again she became frustrated and begangiving us attitude. I asked her to please keep her attitude to herself and she right away said "have a good night and refused totake our order. I went inside and there was about 6 people waiting inside. I asked for the operator's number or their managerand a girl walks up to the front counter to ask what I needed. I asked her for the operator or higher managers number and shebegan being smart with me and arguing. I told her that was no way to treat customers and she didn't seem to care. When I lookedat her name tag, it said Lexie and identified her as an assistant manager. I walked out. I will never return to this location. It is very unorganized, unprofessional manager, which now I think that if this is the way she treats customers with an attitude,I wonder how she treats the staff. Maybe that's why they don't have workers and are ways short staffed because of her behaviorand attitude. Great example from the leadership team to their staff. The worst Dairy Queen I have ever visited and will neverreturn to this location. I feel bad for the workers who have to put up with this type of leadership. I don't blame them for notshowing up to work. Take ur business elsewhere and to a business who value their customers and treat them with respect. The rudeassistant manager with the attitude was Lexie. Read more

Not understanding how this is a new establishment and the owner has no control over his staffing. Not only that, they don't run... any special that are shown on TV. The kids are rude, with attitudes and very disrespectful. Then I heard the owner saying how heworks so many hours, I can't tell because the service is terrible. NORTH LAMAR Dairy Queen is the best hands down. Hire moreadults so the young kids will have someone over them to help train them more better. Read more

This DQ started out great, hooked me back on the malts and tacos. But in the past three weeks it has fallen hard and fast. I've... heard crazy things about the customer service being awful but my only worry is incompetence; the first time you forget to baghalf an order it's an accident the second time you forget it's too late I'll make my own tacos. I stopped by DQ today in Manor and the woman at the window was awesome. African American with small braids. I gave a... description because she needs the recognition. Her customer service was at 100% and you don't find that too often. Read more

Food is overpriced. Fries are stale. Don?t expect the drive thru employees to know what the sweet tea is sweetened with if you... ask. If you order a parfait, be prepared for it to drip all over your car because they don?t have or won?t give you a lid. Ifyou ask for extra taco sauce, be prepared for three packets only. Don?t expect ice in your drinks. Don?t expect friendlycustomer service at the window. Basically, don?t expect much from this location. If you go in, the manager is friendly andattentive, but the employees aren?t managed very well. If you are reserved, be warned - the employees don?t seem to realizethey?re at a place of business. Stopped to grab lunch during a kind drive home, and it was conveniently located. Clean and prompt service, I ordered the number... 1 with everything including mayo and mustard plus the large size, to go. Food was ready in short order and out to the car Iwent. After I pulled out of the parking lot I grabbed the bag of fries, only to discover it was probably 3/4 full. May be that'snormal, I don't know, but what was there were cooked right and tested good. The burger was next. I unwrapped it, took a glance, and it looked perfect. Large slices of red onion, a nice slice of red tomato, wow, nice. I got in and it was as dry asimaginable. Almost no mayo or mustard, and as close to no flavor as possible. I like my burgers to look good and be on the sideof dripping mayo and more. No luck. It sure looked good though. Read more
