The employees, at least at night, or so rude that I?m actually going to email McDonald?s headquarters about it, which is the... first time I?ve ever done something like that. Surely McDonald?s, as a company, wouldn?t want their image so tarnished by theway these employees behave. In all of my years, I?ve NEVER encountered such unfriendly, rude, and ?I hate my job and hate you?employees. If you want to eat late usually sometimes you are getting not so great food as far as fresh but here at THIS McDonald's,it's... always great no matter what time! From the Nuggets to the french fries, super good! Read more
It's really not fair for me to rate I tried to like this place only because its so convenient it's a waste of calories and even... the fries aren't the same and that was the only thing I liked..this visit I added fish sandwich...never again I don't care howconvenient...oh wait I forgot about the hash brown those were worth stopping for in the morning with coffee it's been years Imight have to try that before I say never again but that would be the only reason I go back. Will never visit this place again. I ordered two double quarter pounders and large fries, through the drive through, and... received regular quarter pounders, that tasted like they were made 2 days prior. Their French fries were undercooked limpthings that weren't edible. The wait time was horrible. Terrible management and lack of proper training. I worked at McDonald'sin 1986, when I was in high school, and we never compromised quality or orders. Unacceptable! Whoever runs this franchise needsto go back to selling used flood cars from Florida! Read more
Super long time for drive through, had to keep telling speaker person that they put something wrong, go to pick up food window,... they gave us 1/4 of our food, asked what the rest was, then asked for receipt, then I?m guessing went and made the rest since ittook another 10 minutes. No exaggeration total time was somewhere between 35-40 minutes total. Read more
They got my order right, but I ordered a mc flurry and when it got to me it was completely frozen I was so happy to eat it... until I saw it . It looked like it was sitting in a freezer for a long time and it was hard as a rock. Read more
This place has an awesome indoor playground. The infant/toddler area left something to be desired, but the larger playground is... really cool and big enough for adults to follow their kids. It was clean and had plenty of seating around it for parents. Read more
Fries are burnt or fried in old oil. Service takes way too long, and employees have an attitude. I can be understanding.... Customers are NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, but treat the ones that do with respect. Read more
