When going thru drive thru personal was very rude or having a bad day and git to window personal was same rude then told me... orange chicken was not ready had to wait 4 min but had to wait over 12 min and had to go in to get my order. Which was still notready almost ant 10 personal working in there didn't seem to be any management. Worst place to eat all look young so seems likethey were just there for a pay check . If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Didn?t tell us they didn?t have any silverware or ice until after they... charged us for the order. Half the menu wasn?t available. When I asked for sweet and sour sauce I was told there was none, butthe gentleman directly behind me got sone no problem. When we were paying for our order the girl, if you want to call her that,at the register supposedly forgot to charge fkr spring rolls even though they were already charged for. So she aggressivelyreaches around the counter and takes over the pin pad without saying anything so we will be reviewing the charges to the banksince we don?t know what she was doing. They kept on running out of food. Cooks did what they could to put it out there on the line to serve. However, the servers... waited until there was a miniscule of items there...to say how long on this & that? We're out!
