This place never has any of the items they should. And I'm talking about the basics, orange chicken, noodles, etc. The giant... hole in the drive through wall doesn't leave a good impression either.. Get it fixed? Have some self respect as a businessowner. Read more
When going thru drive thru personal was very rude or having a bad day and git to window personal was same rude then told me... orange chicken was not ready had to wait 4 min but had to wait over 12 min and had to go in to get my order. Which was still notready almost ant 10 personal working in there didn't seem to be any management. Worst place to eat all look young so seems likethey were just there for a pay check . If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Didn?t tell us they didn?t have any silverware or ice until after they... charged us for the order. Half the menu wasn?t available. When I asked for sweet and sour sauce I was told there was none, butthe gentleman directly behind me got sone no problem. When we were paying for our order the girl, if you want to call her that,at the register supposedly forgot to charge fkr spring rolls even though they were already charged for. So she aggressivelyreaches around the counter and takes over the pin pad without saying anything so we will be reviewing the charges to the banksince we don?t know what she was doing. They kept on running out of food. Cooks did what they could to put it out there on the line to serve. However, the servers... waited until there was a miniscule of items there...to say how long on this & that? We're out! Like come on....you know yourdown to even less than half left give the cooks heads up so they don't feel rushed& overwhelmed. Also, the lobby & the restroomwas filthy. Read more
I ordered walnut shrimp two entres was served one with double fried rice?? Bathroom was fairly clean. Service was just OK. More... than one of the booths you sit in had holes in the seat. This is not typical for this chain. This place may wish shy away from. Read more
One of the best panda expresses I?ve been to!! All workers we very nice and gave us more food than usual for a Panda Express... (they weren?t skimpy). Food was great as well. Highly recommend! Read more
Horrible customer service and under poor poor management. Not only did they tell me to wait for my order but they also couldn't... "find my car". I had to go into the resturant myself after 20 minutes to pick up my food that was already done. To top that off,the manager had no interest in helping me or correcting the issue. To top that off, the food was poorly constructed and throwntogether in the food containers. So much for "Chinese finest".
