This was the worst pizza delivery I've ever had. The restaurant is probably 5 minutes away and it took more than 30 minutes to... get my food and it was cold when I got it. They also forgot the dipping sauce for my cheese sticks. The driver was probablystill in my neighborhood when I called to complain and was told it would take 2 hours to get my sauce. Papa John's screwed us over so we did pick up from Pizza Hut instead. Pizza was cheesey, wings were hot and saucy. Pretty happy... with everything. I think we'll be back. Read more
Placed an order at 6:11pm. Says it will be delivered in 25-35 minutes. Received a text notification that it was out for... delivery at 6:32pm. Didn't get here until 7:08 or so. The restaurant is like 2 miles from my apartment - how does it takealmost 40 minutes to get delivered? I saw all the other complaints - but I try to give businesses a chance, but this justdoesn't make sense. I've been out of town at work all week and just got back. I love Pizza Hut but I give up on ordering if this is the only location that will deliver to me. The cheese on the cheese... breadsticks is burnt to a Crisp EVERY time. I guess I just keep hoping it won?t be, it?s incredibly annoying. I also Oder extrapizza sauce on my pizza every time and it?s DRY as can be. Every time. PLEASE make it better. Read more

I keep hoping that my order will be better the next time I order from here but it seems to just get worse. This is one of the... pan pizzas I received tonight. The last time I ordered, every single piece was cut unevenly. One piece was smaller than thepalm of my hand. Clearly there is absolutely no quality control or care for the product sent out to customers. I would beabsolutely embarrassed if this was my pizza sent to someone?s home. Aside from the friendly delivery drivers, it seems likenobody at this location takes any pride in their job. I ordered today online an18... piece wingstreet wings, fries, and 2 Brisk Lemon Ice Teas about 4:30pm 11/29/2022 . At 5:10pm my order was delivered fresh andextremely hot ????????????. Good Job Pizza Hut Team! Everyone I spoke with over the phone displayed the highest level ofprofessionalism, outstanding customer service, and a friendly personality. You guys rock!
