Just got home to Elgin only to find that my fries are all half full. Why have sizes if you?re only going to give me the amount... you see fit. My 2 Sweet and spicy BACON burgers have no bacon. Won?t be back. The kids meals had a burger and half full fries.No apples or graham crackers. What a rip off! Read more
Ordered a sweet & spicy BACON burger meal, LARGE. received a large container of fried filled HALFWAY, no fries fell in the bag.... There was no bacon on my burger which it should come with. When I unwrapped my burger it was a saucy mess and made it less thanenjoyable to eat. Just horrible quality control, we should not have to do your job and make sure our order is correct after wespecify exactly what we want. Do better! Read more

I wouldn?t normally rate Whataburger. They?re all more or less the same, right? When we got to this location, they were swamped!... A major conference for teenagers had just wrapped up in Austin. The restaurant was full, drive thru was full, delivery pickupdrivers were waiting. The employees could have all simply not cared and worked at a typical pace. Instead, the manager had ?allhands on deck? (her words) and she had everyone working efficiently to get everyone taken care of. Food was good, wait wasn?tlong, and I didn?t hear a single complaint. I live in Austin, so I had never been to this location.. most of fries were completely OVERcooked and it took almost 20mins to... bring the food to the table in general..im sure the fries cooked for 16 of those minutes ???????????? Read more
05:59 pm on Sunday 11/27/22. I don't come here often, but when I do, I'm met with the most negative, unprofessional kids ever.... It's as if everyone hates their lives and projects it onto the customers. Who ever the boy in window 2 fulfilling order is (namestarts with R), he needs a talking to. Extremely rude, short, and annoyed. I work in customer service, you can't be acting likethat. I don't even know I trust consuming the food from this place. Read more
