VERY vegan & gluten friendly place! Very fresh tasting fruits and ingredients. Granola is house made and super tasty! They have... mastered the açaí to toppings ratio. I love sobol however today I got Sobol delivered and they failed to give me one of my items. The solution when I called was to... come pick it up which is obviously not something I want to do (since I ordered delivery) or should be inconvenienced to dobecause of their mistake. I asked for a refund and they couldn't accommodate that either. Additionally never once did they evenapologize for their error. I'm supposed to go physically pick up a gift card because that was the only option that wasn't mepicking up my food item. Unlikely to get delivery from this specific location or go there at all. They don?t accommodate customization. Asking for just ?banana? is an extra charge, Told them no other fruit. A banana at the... supermarket is 10 cents and they couldn?t give me a few extra slices(instead of other fruit). Every other location iv been tohad no problem doing this. This is a great location, I am there often 3 or more times a week and I have never experienced any "watery"Acai? Perhaps people... are leaving them out at room temperature for a 1/2 hour or so before eating. Everybody I have ever dealt with in this locationhas been super pleasant and accommodating. As far as pricing is concerned healthy foods like Acai and such are pricey but theirprices are on par with everyone else selling such products.
