Didn?t provide all of the items in the salad and were rude and argumentative when I called to let them know. After years of... being great customers for Manocity Pizza, we?re happy to go to North Gower Pizza instead. They are much nicer, more reliable,and their pizza is awesome. RESPONSE: The point of the poor review wasn?t that they were out of olives. It?s that 1. eventhough they review orders they didn?t say anything so we could change our order and 2., more importantly, that they were soincredibly rude and obnoxious about it when I called in thinking that they?d simply forgotten. Tried to order online, but it wouldn't let me past a certain point. They have a price of $21 for an extra large pizza. So I... ended up calling and making plans tomhave it picked up at 4:30. Got there at 4:30 extract pizza was sitting on top of the oven.Price ended up being 27$ instead. Asked why the discrepancy in price, man working said that the aren't the ones maintaining thewebsite. As a business,customer perception and customer satisfaction should be of utmost importance. If you can't get yourbusiness straight and information accurate then you've lost me for good. We ordered 2 Large pizza & 30pieces of wings yesterday, delivered. I gave 2 stars because the pizza are good. I found them not... so Honest though. The price of 30 wings on their menu is $22 and they charged me $24.95! the delivery guy can't do anything ofcourse, so I called the store, the guy said he'll talk to the owner and get back to me. I had to call today cause they nevercall back. The owner said, he is aware of it, since the pandemic they never get around in changing the prices in their menu! Read more
