Ordered foot long coney and milk shake. The coney the hot dog was brunt and the chilly was old. The shake was nothing but ice... crystal packed into a cup. No napkin or help with a bad order. Read more
Google shows them open at 6:22 waited to grab food until we hit Mansfield just for a car to be blocking their driveway. Called.... Was told they closed at 6. Fine, fix your hours on Google. Read more

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. The 1st bun that came out with sandwich was burnt. First bite was horrible. The young lady... came out after I explained my food was burnt and agreed to replace bun. The 2nd bun is what I received, much better. Orderedbreakfast crosonic with bacon + sausage, paid extra 1.09 for extra meat, roll was burnt, sausage was missing and egg was so hardand overdone was texture of cardboard. Staff did NOTHING to rectify, didn't even offer an apology. We are the only car there attime of our order at 9:30 am. Read more
The only reason I gave this place a single star is because the employee working the register was very sweet. She ensured my... order was taken properly and was in the system correctly. When I received my food it had been sitting out for the last 40minutes I learned this from the car hop as she apologized on repeat for the kitchens mistake. She informed me that they hadn'tcooked for the last 40 minutes and it had been under a heater because they were cleaning. This establishment closes at 11 yet at10:30 they shut the lights out on us and told us they were closing IE trying to leave early. When I went and asked for a refundor for my food to be made over for me at 10:20 I was told I could speak with the district manager as she was working tonight.She told me she cooked those corn dogs herself and pulled them out of the fryer right before they were brought to me you coulddefinitely tell the corn dog had been there for a while it was Rubbery and cold to the touch. When I asked for them to be remadethey came out burnt because she has no respect for her customers. If this is the district manager I will not be stopping intoany Sonic through Arkansas again.
