Terrible service!! Every time I go there they get my order wrong. I?m pretty sure that the people working the drive through... collectively share one brain cell. The last time I went, I told myself I was going to make sure they got my order right. To nosurprise, they somehow got it wrong and forgot the biscuit, drink, AND sauce!! Unbelievable. If you can wait for food, drivefurther for something better! Or else you will be overcharged bc you won?t get everything you ordered. Read more
The food here could be good if they hired better staff. We tried to place an order and was told to wait. Then the guy who... started taking our order was very rude. We asked for spicy and regular chicken and he decided to pass the mic to someone else.She then had an attitude also. They werent even busy to be frustrated. We were the only ones in drive thru and no one wasinside. If they can't deal with the public friendlier then they shouldn't work there. We didn't get our food we decided toleave. Read more

I can?t Thur the drive Thur Tuesday afternoon around 4:35 , I?m very upset about how I was treated then I was giving cold food... the WRONG SIDE , my biscuits was so stale as in if ther was out alll day , I asked for fresh food . Excellent chicken though we feel bad for the help,,clearly there is never enought back up for these employees. There is... something wrong with the whole set up. They are always short with help or to many at slower times. They need help in organizinga process professional. Popeyes executives,take notice please. We arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. Chicken had been left under the lights too long. Everyone knows Popeyes Chicken is a... winner. The 3 star rating was because they should not have served chicken sitting up on the rack over the allotted time. Read more
I was told by the manager that this is a 1/4 of popcorn shrimp that I paid $6.69 for. I am a diehard Popeyes fan and becaise of... I am no longer going back to Popeyes. Read more
The chicken they serve is not fresh, it seems like they just refried it. It used to be good place but not Anymore!!!
