I ordered a Fig and Berry Salad. I saw it advertised and it looked delicious. I got it to go and there was no dressing in the... bag when I got home. I also ordered French Fries. They were cold. And dry. Like they had been sitting there for a while. I wentat 4PM on Sunday. There was 2 people working and no one but me as a customer. I am very disappointed. It was my first time goingto B. Service sucks, cashier was rude and my order was prepared incorrectly. I ordered a Freebird turkey burger and asked to omit the... bacon. It was a to go order. When I reached my destination and opened the sandwich, it had bacon on it. I tried calling therestaurant and listened to a recording for 20 mins and no one ever answered the call. $10 for a turkey burger, they could atleast get the order correct. Not answering the phone is a whole different issue. Got me once, no freaking more! Read more
This place has a great choice of salads and sandwiches, with a wide selection of items that are vegan and/or gluten free. My... winter Cobb salad was prepared in minutes, was super fresh, packed with all sorts of delights, huge (like two normal portions)and only $13. I wish there was one closer to home! Read more
Just see the pictures, their stuff is just insanely fresh. I've been going to the Mansfield location for years. The burgers are... a little small, the fries are soggy but the bowls are fantastic. Read more
Food is fantastic, the service is non-existent. Won't take orders over the phone when the app doesn't work, won't honor... promotions and surely wont acknowledge you when you come in to order in person! Would dine at a B.Good again, but never thisspecific location which is a shame because there aren't any others that are close. Save yourself frustration and go elsewhere! Read more
