Our server Noel was absolutely fantastic. Other than that things were not so good. The restaurant was out of practically... everything. No red wine at all. One of their prime steaks was not available either. And the one I wanted, the fire roasted cornon the cob wasn't available. If the people I was with were not starving I would have left. Read more

Chicken fingers are phenomenal! The chicken wings were WAY over fried and WAY over-seasoned (super salty) even though I asked... for light on the seasoning. Salads were good and the waitress was great! Read more
Horrible waiter Nicholas W. I love going to Long Horn and I recommended a dinner with my friends and family and we were about 20... people. We explained to our server that we will split checks to 4 families and he said he understood. He took down each familyand I had a family of 5 and he charged me 3 extra people on my bill (an extra $100) So when I went to the server to explain hismistake, before I opened my mouth, he shouted at me; "NO! NO! YOU GUYS WERE TOO MANY AND I KNEW THERE WILL BE CONFUSION! I AMNOT GOING TO CORRECT ANYTHING!" I was shocked of his rude attitude and was planning before that to tip him 20% but gave him alittle over $5 due to his vulgar behavior. And when he got the bill, he came back in anger saying; "WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME ASMALL TIP?!!!!" and he threw my bill on the table in a rude manner. So I responded because of your attitude. After we went allout in the parking lot, he came out a gave me an inappropriate motion with his hands in front of all my friends and family. Dining in has always been fine, however take out is another story. The staff is always nice but the food..not so much. My... husband and I have given take out a few chances but unfortunately we will not do it again. A previous time my husband ordered abaked potato and they sent us a raw potato in tin foil..tonight he ordered his steak medium well and received it rare. There wasno mention on the website about the Brussel sprouts having honey butter on them so we can?t eat those now either because of ourdietary restrictions (plus they costed extra) Really a shame and super disappointing. My first time knowing LongHorn and having steak here. I like the atmosphere and decors in the restaurant. Good service. Texas... Tonion was served in a large, long plate, and it?s very crispy; the steaks were cooked very well and tasty, the drinks are goodtoo. I will definitely come back. Read more
