I have a Carmel frappe and a sausage, egg,cheese Mc,muffin almost every morning on my way to work,most of the time I get it by... my place in Crestline or on Hanley road by 71 and it awesome, but every time I have to go to the one in the johnny applesseedcenter I have to wait for ever,the muffin or biscuit witch ever I get is always hard and my McDonald's app never wants to work.idon't understand how in that little of a distance the service charges that much, it just don't make sense.i recommend you travelthe short distance to the other location it's worth the gas. hopefully they see this and make some changes ????. Generally I like this McDonalds but today I was I felt ripped off. The employee told me they didn't have any pennies so, instead... of giving me a nickle to cover the 4 cents they owed to me, they just shorted me the 4 cents. Who does that? Its not my faultyour out of pennies less than an hour after the banks close. How about the major grocery store right behind you? I'm sure theywould help you out if you asked. Who manages these businesses! Very poor business practice and customer service and I won't bevisiting your place of business anymore. I hope you're independently own so this directly affects you! I ordered a double quarter pounder and got one piece of meat, nine dollars for a normal cheeseburger. My girlfriends... cheeseburger had a hair in it too. + a few months ago my girlfriend ordered a large Dr.pepper and got charged $11 to her cardand they didn?t give us the receipt, she called and they said they wouldn?t refund her and that she had to call corporate, shecalled them and they hung up on her 3 times. Went on a day that there was not many people in line maybe a total of 4 cars total. 2 infront of me and just one behind me.... Pretty fast service, food & drinks were good. Some of the eployees seem to be having a tough day maybe. Witnessed the gentlemenat the pay window get yelled at from the other side of the building, hearing it even with the window closed. He was super niceand just trying to fix my friends mobile order because it said "error" on McDonald's end. The older woman manager seemed to berude to a lot of the employees. Please treat your workers better. You do not need to scream across the restraunt. Walk over,check on them if they need help. Not yelling at them that they need to "hurry up". He was fixing an issue. They are doing theirbest. Treat your workers better and be more professional. Read more
Got my money stolen. Went today before work for breakfast, maybe ordered $5 of food. Long story short I had to pay for somebody... else?s food which costed way more than my own. When confronted the guy at the window just said ?don?t worry about it?. Having togo to work, I just left. Read more
Ordered two hotcakes and sausage breakfast meals and a side of sausage last week to feed my teens before a big test at mid Ohio....
