Another gem of a Mexican restaurant in Mansfield! I always try to have a few meals at a restaurant before leaving a review, but... Pancho?s was SO GOOD, I just had to leave a review after a carry out meal and second meal while dining in. The Mexican cuisinehere is a little different because it?s authentic. I?ve been to Mexico nearly a dozen times and authentic Mexican cuisine isn?tlike what most Americans have come to expect, like most international cuisine. Italian pizza is nothing like American pizza, butI digress. Pancho?s is one of the few Mexican places I?ve dined at in Mansfield that offers El Pastor (or Al Pastor, or simplyPastor) tacos, which is pork cooked on a spit, similar to how gyro meat is prepared. Any Mexican place offering pastor tacos areusually skilled in offering authentic Mexican food. Pancho?s is no exception! Their tacos appear deceptively tiny, but they areboth incredibly tasty and very FILLING! I ordered 4 steak soft tacos after some chips & salsa, some incredible bean dip and ahuge margarita. I barely finished TWO! They look small because their flour tortillas are small (about size of an audio CD) butthose tacos are STACKED FAT and served like an open face sandwich. Service while dining in was stellar. We asked quite a fewquestions because we just discovered the joint, but everyone was kind, patient & helpful. Their dining room isn?t huge, but itwas very comfortable despite not offering AC. We were second guessing our choice to dine in when we noticed the front door waswide open, but we were surprised to see it was perfectly fine despite temps outside exceeding the mid-80?s. I don?t do hotweather and usually no AC is a deal killer, but the incredible food & drinks more than made up for the lack of AC. Pancho?sfood is consistent with regards to quality and quantity as we receive the same great food whether we order out or dine in. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. (6:00) Asked for a margarita while we waited. Really good! Chips were better than... usual as was the salsa. The food was great! The staff was friendly and very prompt. Prices are a little less than otherplaces. We will return again for dinner! Read more

We love Panchos Tacos! The service is great and so is the food! It?s a wonderful treat and they have Mexican Cokes, Jarritos!... They have beers & margaritas too if that?s your thing. We love that they include chips & salsa because we often have take away &they pack things up so carefully. An all around Mansfield family owned gem. Read more
I loved it! The food portions were huge for what we ordered! They have the best horchata I?ve ever had, 10/10 would recommend!... The waitress was a little slow at bringing the bill but it was getting packed so that?s understandable l! Other than thateverything was good and so delicious! Read more
Our waitress was an absolute doll! We just weren?t big fans of the food. The margaritas were good though, super strong lol! The... queso was good too. My wife really liked their chicken, the beans and rice had a little too much spice in them, and the tacoshad way too many onions. The dessert was okay but not anything special. Great fresh food. This is the first time I have tried their food and it was great. I had two shredded beef tacos and rice and... beans. My tacos were seasoned wonderfully and the shredded beef was delicious. I was given a generous portion of beef per eachtaco. I was so nice to be able to get shredded beef in a taco and not ground beef. All the ingredients were fresh and it reallyshowed thru with everything thing I had to eat. The rice was nice and light a fluffy not sticky or heavy. The beans had a greatflavor to them. The salsa for the chips was a good heat but not overbearing. Overall if the rest of the menu is made with asmuch care as was put into my simple meal then the other items have to be delicious. I highly recommend trying Pancho's Tacos. Read more
This was, by far, one of the best random finds I've had in a very long time!! The prices we're beyond reasonable. The food was... crazy good. And as an avid horchata lover, and I'm not being dramatic here, this place has THE ONE. Like the ONLY one you'llever want to drink again!!!!!!
