Friend and myself were shopping here a few days ago and she mobile ordered Starbucks. The drink was made incorrectly and she... pointed this out while trying to be nice. The employees were very rude about it and did not remake the drink, and startedranting about how she must be lactose intolerant and berating her. Probably won't ever order here again. Read more
I frequent here often when I?m shopping. I stopped this afternoon and waited in-line while a male employee complaining about... another employee switching shifts and planning his revenge of screwing the people the working next day.
